That's why we offer these ISO Class 4-5 compliant Lint Free Cleanroom Wipes for use in their cleanrooms, controlled manufacturing environments, and other places they refuse to let us 'just take a peek'.
When we tried to sneak in, they told us the wipes are great for cutting through grease and oil, extremely durable, highly absorbent, and contaminant-free with no shredding. They also told us they love the fancy laser-sealed edges. Perfect for applications where scratching is a concern.
And then they had us thrown out by security.

- Cleaning Sub Micron Particles
Polyester knit wipes (stretchy white fabric) are designed for use in the most sensitive environments for cleaning sub-micron particles, fibers, and chemical residue on critical parts and surfaces. 100% polyester ultra-pure continuous filament polyester yarns are especially absorbent and clean. Cleanroom manufactured and double bagged.
Highly absorbent, with excellent wiping efficiency and abrasion resistance. Polyester wipes are laser cut to reduce particles and feature sealed edges for applications where scratching is a concern.
These wipes are designed for extra absorbency and wiping efficiency.
The suggested flashpoint guideline is 420 ℃ and the suggested melting point guideline is 250 ℃. Suggested because the final use decision on the application is the responsibility of the user, and many variables come into play. Is there a direct flame? Is it an oven that is ramping up in temperature? How long will the wipe be exposed to the high temperature, etc.? This is only a guideline, a starting point for reference.
