Remember when your boyfriend pissed you off and you went through his closet cutting up all his favorite t-shirts? No? Hmm, maybe that was just me. Anyway it felt good and it made for some great rags.
Now, rather than going through boyfriends, I use recycled t-shirts, cut them up and remove all the accoutrements (ooh, big word). I think some employees might still be picturing old boyfriends/girlfriends while they cut them up. Good therapy.
Yep, rescued from Goodwill, we've used these soft old tees to create 18"x18" low lint cotton rags that are perfect for Painters, Mechanics, and General Maintenance and Cleaning.
Don't ask us for a specific count because we can't give it to you. We aren't being rude (at least this time), we just don't know as it varies.
You are buying 50 pounds of rags, not a specific quantity. The exact weight of each individual piece differs from the next and there is simply no way to know the count. If you have more heavy weight rags in your box, you'll have fewer rags but those heavy weight rags will last longer. The more rags in a box, the lighter the weight of the rag. The only thing we do know is the box of rags will always weigh 50 pounds. If you must have a count, we'll guarantee there will be at least 1 and less than a million rags in a 50 pound box!
Previously owned cotton tees are already broken in and laundered, making them highly absorbent for immediate use right out of the box.
We start by recycling used material from various sources. We then remove the buttons, pins and zippers. Then randomly cut the material into approximately 18" x 18" pieces and package to order. Recycled, processed and packaged in the USA!
